For more than 14 years, I've been wading the waters of the commercial design and web development industries - from digital marketing and branding, to graphic design and screen printing, to interactive web design and content strategy for SEO. In addition to building and maintaining NSR's primary websites and applications, I also manage internal and remote servers - along with other IT duties - as well as plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies, including product branding, print promotion, web development, apparel design, and video production.

From tshirts and collegiate apparel, to web design and brand development, I was half of JNJ's two-man creative wrecking crew. When my time wasn't consumed with illustrating and designing apparel for the University of Alabama, I worked alongside clients of JNJ Marketing + Advertising to help build brands and develop websites.

Whether it was stadium treatment for the SEC Baseball Tournament, or a vehicle wrap to graphically take a company to that next level, I loved designing and creating things.
Upon leaving al.com, Custom Sign Express seemed like a great fit with loads of potential. A small-business was a welcomed change from the stuffiness of the corporate environment that I’d grown accustomed to. At CSE, I was given the opportunity to learn a side of design that I’d never before seen, from designing and cutting vinyl, to wall murals, to large-format printing for numerous college football bowl games. Not only was I designing these things, but I was also learning how to produce and install them.

During my tenure at al.com - now Alabama Media Group, I designed Flash-based online ads, along with print and other creative pieces to promote both internal and external brand awareness. Working closely with account executives, I was responsible for identifying and executing creative direction for client advertisements in an efficient and fast-paced environment.

Working my way through college, I designed t-shirts and other apparel for different venues all over the country, from Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, to the University of Alabama, to The Late Show with David Letterman, and several others. The majority of these designs were hand-drawn, brought into Photoshop, digitally colored, then separated and burned to screens for printing.
